World’s Biggest Sand Painting by Brahma Kumaris in Guinness World Records 

A Unique tribute to 26/11 martyrs 

Mount Abu, 12 May: World’s biggest peace Sand painting (Rangoli) created by Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya and its Youth wing on the occasion of 2nd anniversary of 26/11 terror attack of Mumbai has found a place in Guinness World Records. 

   Recipient of Universal Peace Messenger Award from United Nations, Brahma Kumaris organized the event at Ashok bhau Firodia School’s ground. The Rangoli depicting universal Peace, Harmony, Cooperation and spiritual values spreading in 9028 Sq.meters (97176 Sq Feet) area. Over 2500 students, eminent citizens and members of Brahma Kumaris Youth wing from all over India participated in the mega event. About 19000 Kg of rangoli colours in 9 different shades was used to make the Peace Rangoli.

Various social-educational institutions like vision 2020, Prerna pratishtan, Kalaptaru Enterprises, AhmedNagar Education Society, Paramveer training centre, Pune Sports & social foundation & Bhutare decorators sponsored this event.

BK Chandrika, National Coordinator of Youth Wing presented Guinness World Records Certificate to Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris at a colourful event organised at Brahma Kumaris Headquarters this evening. Dadi Ratanmohini congratulated Youth wing for the peace initiative. BK Rajeshwari, Deepak, Lalit, Rajinder along with senior committee members of Youth Wing were present on the occasion.
