A Unique Tribute to 26/11 Martyrs
Ahmed Nagar, 26th November: Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya and its Youth wing has organized a memorable event on the occasion of 2nd anniversary of 26/11 terror attack of Mumbai by organizing world’s biggest peace Sand painting (Rangoli) on 26th November this year.
Recipient of Universal Peace Messenger Award from United Nations, Brahma Kumaris organized the event at Ashok bhau Firodia School’s ground. The Rangoli depicting universal Peace, Harmony, Cooperation and spiritual values spreading in 9020 Sq.meters (97090 Sq Feet) area. Over 2000 students, eminent citizens and members of Brahma Kumaris Youth wing from all over India participated in the mega event. About 19000 Kg of rangoli colours in 10 different shades was used to make the Peace Rangoli. This Rangoli s being registered with Guinness book of world records and Limca book of records as world’s biggest rangoli.
Various social-educational institutions like vision 2020, Prerna pratishtan, Kalaptaru Enterprises, AhmedNagar Education Society, Paramveer training centre, Pune Sports & social foundation& Bhutare decorators are sponsored this event.

New Delhi, Nov. 21 : “ We can overcome our sorrows, sufferings and many other problems through practice of self control and spirituality. Our subservience to physical senses and material gratification have made our life misrable. Rajyoga meditation is the way to enhance self control and to end several problems persisting in society. “
Dr Yoganand Shastri, Speaker Delhi State Assembly said this while addressing as Chief Guest in the Global Festival on “God’s Descent for Golden Era” organized by Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalya at Chhattarpur temple here today.
He said that religious gurus from time to time had salvaged mankind. Like them Rajyogini Dadi Hridyamohini is one such leading lights to deliver much required inner peace and happiness to people in today’s time.
Blessing the occasion, Rajyogini Dadi Hridyamohini, Additional Chief of Brahmakumaris emphasized the role of spirituality for inner empowerment and transformation to achieve peace and happiness in life and society.We have celebrated our material and technological achievements. Yet we are not free from stress, fear, hatred etc. It is a matter of greatest joy for humanity when God Himself is showering wisdom and blessings on us. He is re-establishing the Golden Era on earth by realizing our eternal relationship with God, Dadi ji said.
B.K. Brijmohan, Chief Spokesperson of Brahmakumaris said that vices such as lust, greed, anger, attachments and ego were root cause of all suffering. These vices could be eradicated through the regular practice of Rajyoga Meditation.
B.K.Asha, Director, Brahmakumaris Om Shanti Retreat Centre and BK Shivani, Famous TV Personality said time has come to realize our true relationship with God and experience his blessings to attain our highest potential and create a world of peace, joy and harmony.
